If you're craving a few hours of undisturbed rest, simply get up at 4:00 a.m. Do it as quietly as possible, especially if your spouse is more interested in sleep than quiet time. Important: if you fail to be quiet when getting up, both of your needs will likely be disregarded. Happy Thursday my friends ☕
